Hourly rates are collected as you leave by one of our courteous attendents. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Event Rates are collected as you enter. Our regular business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Daily Vaule Passes may only be used if customer is in by 9:00AM and out by 6:00PM.
Value passes are sold for $50.00 and are valid for 10 days of parking. Monthly
parking does not cover event parking rates. Daily value passes and monthly parking
are available for purchase at the main office.
Hyatt Guests: To park in our structure continue straight from the main entrance of the Hyatt. As you exit the overhang of the Hyatt you will see our Kilbourn Ave entrance on the left. Take a ticket and proceed inside to park. Hyatt rates include in/out privileges. The heated sky walk to the Hyatt may be directly accessed on the north end of the second floor or in the north stairwell between the third and fourth floors.
